Why We Started Auscare
Auscare Corporation was founded in Melbourne by a team that had seen first-hand how impersonal the care sector could feel. Too often, people needing support were treated as cases to be managed rather than individuals to be heard. Families were left navigating complex systems alone. Workers were placed in facilities without proper preparation. And facilities were left scrambling at six in the morning trying to fill gaps that should never have existed.
We built Auscare to be different. Small, Australian-owned, Southeast Melbourne based. A business where every client matters, every worker is known to us personally, and when something isn't right — we fix it quickly without layers of bureaucracy in the way.
That hasn't changed as we've grown. It's the reason we exist.
